Of using Magetsi Platform
We appreciate your interest in using our platform to make your bill payments experience simple, fast and convenient.
Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform to make payments. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Magetsi provides a platform for the purchase of prepaid electricity, airtime, data bundles and other value-added services.
Use of Personal Information
We offer various payment methods including EcoCash, international debit and credit cards, bank transfers and cash payments. Cash payments are only accepted at our corporate office, Office 3N14, Third Floor, Runhare House, Cnr Kwame Nkrumah Ave/Simon Muzenda St, Harare, Zimbabwe.
Magetsi charges a transaction fee for each payment made on the platform. The transaction fee is displayed on the platform and is subject to change from time to time.
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Magetsi. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds will only be issued for failed transactions.
Magetsi reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined here.
Availability of Services
Magetsi cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform due to factors beyond our control.
Magetsi strictly prohibits the use of our platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing.
All content on the Magetsi website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Magetsi and is protected by Zimbabwean and international copyright laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magetsi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of our platform.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
