Promotion Period:

This promotion begins on 1 October 2023 at 0000 HRS (CAT) and ends on 7 October 2023 at 2359 HRS (CAT), unless otherwise extended or terminated by Magetsi (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to any customer buying ZESA tokens from the Magetsi platform, through any of our official channels listed below; who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Magetsi, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Qualification:

Participants are automatically entered into the promotion when they buy a ZESA token during the campaign duration. Each participating ZESA meter number will be treated as a single entry. Multiple purchases on the same meter number will not increase a participant’s chances of success. All entries must be received by 7 October 2023 at 2359 HRS (CAT).

Prizes:

5 tokens valued at ZWG130,000 each will be awarded to the winning meter numbers. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Company’s sole discretion. The token value awarded is inclusive of any taxes including Value Added Tax and Rural Electrification Levy. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Company. Winners will be notified via SMS and Email (where applicable) within three (3) days following the promotion end. The Company shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk email, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Rights Granted by You:

By claiming a prize from this promotion, You understand and agree that the Company, anyone acting on behalf of the Company, and the Company’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions:

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Company’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

By participating, You agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
